您的职责是在遵循凯悦国际酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下,协助保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 与房务部、餐饮部及其它创收部门紧密合作,最大程度提高销售并实现预定目标。You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments
【任职要求】
最好拥有酒店或旅游管理领域的本科或专科学历;至少两年酒店领域的预定主管或副理工作经验;必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Team Leader or Assistant Manager in hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
